Return Eligibility
For all products:
- You may return any item purchased from Pinario for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
For defective products:
- You may return any defective product purchased from Pinario for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact us at help@pinario.com or call us at +44-771-986-4398 to request a return authorization number. Once you have received a return authorization number, please return the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items that are not accompanied by a valid return authorization number
International Returns
Customers who purchase items from Pinario for shipment outside of the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs.
